Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026. This explains what information notill.garden collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to quote and fill your order, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Information you send us: what you enter in the request form, such as your name, email, phone, town, and garden details.
- Order and payment details: when you pay, Stripe collects your payment information and billing and shipping address. We receive your name, email, address, phone, and what you bought. We never receive your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our web host (Netlify) automatically logs things like IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your request and send you a quote
- To process payment, mix, ship, or arrange pickup of your order
- To contact you about your order, including problems or refunds
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting
We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Stripe processes payments and sends invoices and receipts.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS receive your name and address to deliver your order.
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years. Requests that don't become orders are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, except records we're legally required to keep. Email hello@notill.garden or use the contact form.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
